How does the 14-day trial work?

The trial starts only when you select Growth or Pro through Shopify. Shopify shows the plan and trial details before you approve it.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Shopify manages plan selection, changes, recurring charges, and cancellation. ZenProfit updates access after Shopify confirms the billing state.

What counts toward the monthly order allowance?

The allowance is based on Shopify orders processed during a rolling 30-day window using your shop-local date. ZenProfit shows current usage inside the app before capacity reminders apply.

What does the data lookback include?

History is calendar-aligned: Free starts on the first day of the same month one year earlier, while Growth and Pro start on January 1 two or five years earlier. Actual availability still depends on Shopify permissions and source data.
